Many of our custom generators are used in
prime power situations in locations as diverse as logging camps to industrial
locations requiring 3 phase power where none is economically available.
Many of our clients choose to save fuel costs by harvesting more of the
power available from their generator by implementing
co-generation techniques.
Each generator is tested and load tested. We check each unit for electrical output
while under load to ensure it suits the environment into which it is being
placed.

Custom Built Water Cooled Diesel
Generators
6kW to 36kW
We custom build generators to our client's
requirement; we offer a wide variety of standard features such as: shutdowns
for low oil pressure, high temp, overcrank, low coolant level and
overspeed. A controller that displays engine
oil pressure, water temperature, DC volts, AC volts, amps and hertz. On demand
the controller will display of power
factor, runtime hours, kW hrs, Avg. kVA and peak kVA. As a standard feature
our generators can be remotely controlled with a 2 wire switch or
controlled by an automatic transfer switch. Options including a variety of connection
panels, breakers, and co-generation features are available.

3 yr. manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
These generators are custom built to each
client's requirement; we offer a wide variety of options including a
variety of connection panels, breakers, fuel tank and wheel options and
co-generation features.
Because of their light weight and lower
cost these units are frequently used in portable applications where longer
run and higher power is required. Applications such as race-trailers for
power and air conditioning, ice-cream trucks and portable industrial
document shredding applications.
